Easy calorie reductions: Reduce mascarpone to 40g; use 10g parmesan instead of 15g and use reduced-fat cream cheese instead of mascarpone. Whilst this is a mascarpone based recipe, you can use cream cheese or reduced fat creme fraiche if you prefer. For speed: You can dice the chicken and toss it in the garlic and butter directly in the pan, set aside and toss with the pasta at the end.

Made it?
You can add some chopped spinach to the sauce before adding the mascarpone to add some volume, alternatively, diced red pepper is a tasty addition.

Hi Debra J, I'm so glad to hear you found the pasta tasty and easy to make! You can always try swapping out the Parmesan for another hard cheese, like Grana Padano or Pecorino, next time for a different twist. xx
