Absolutely delicious, even Mother-in-law approved! So flavourful and filling, loved the coriander for a kick of freshness too! My other half added crispy onions to his and highly recommends!

Meal prepping for work is something I do all the time because I work 12 hour shifts. I had a run of nights last week and as the time of my break is never guaranteed and this was amazing as a pre work meal. Kept me full and gave me a nice cosy vibe with the weather changing too.
