Slow Cooked BBQ Beef

This slow cooked bbq beef is absolutely banging. It's rich, smoky and the perfect recipe you can batch cook for cosy weeknight dinners. For less heavier dinners (without mash/ pasta type, this would suit for 4 people).

So easy — I used the pressure cooker as I completely forgot this was a slow cooker meal and it came out perfectly! Having it with air fryer broc and some brown rice. It’s rich and feels decadent without being too much

Do you not add water in the slow cooker

Hi Lindsey! There's no initial water added for the slow cooker version because the beef and sauces release plenty of liquid, creating a rich sauce while cooking. Make sure to keep the lid on to trap that moisture.xx
