Notes

Meal prep - ensure the chicken is completely cool before storing in an airtight container. This will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat, you can either blast in the microwave for a couple of minutes or add it to a saucepan to warm up. If needed add a dash of water or stock to loosen.

Absolutely awful photo! My rice went sticky & I missed it all up with a bit of mayo too. Tasted lovely & hit with the fam (who had it in burger buns due to rice disaster). However, I HATE shredding!
