Hot Honey Prawn Tacos

A super quick easy dinner to throw together, seasoned prawns are tossed with hot honey on top of crispy wraps with a creamy chipotle spiced slaw. If you don't like prawns, you can swap for white fish, salmon or cubes of chicken breast.

Notes

You can just buy the ready made coleslaw kits from the supermarket and use them to mix with the sauce if you would not use two cabbages. Alternatively, if you don't want to use slaw, use a base of shredded lettuce, onion and tomato. You can mix up the sauce for the slaw and spread it over the bottom of the taco before topping with salad. If you fancy an added burst of flavour, fry off some diced chorizo.

This was gorgeous! I LOVE spice but I felt it needed less smoked paprika and garlic granules… too much and it’s a little grainy given the volume of prawns. We will defo be having this again.
