Notes

If you don't have pizza sauce, you can use passata or smooth tomato sauce mixed with a pinch of oregano or mixed herbs. Add a little chilli or extra tikka spice if you like heat. If you don’t have tikka paste, use 2 tsp tikka seasoning mixed with the yoghurt instead. Mozzarella gives the best melt, but cheddar or a reduced-fat pizza blend also works well. Make it milder by skipping the tikka spice in the pizza sauce and use plain tomato sauce instead. You can also sub for paneer or halloumi for a meat free version.
