This is such a banging way to use up any leftover roast chicken or turkey at Christmas. If you want added saltiness, try adding some bacon or even pigs in blankets! Swap the chutney for cranberry sauce if you prefer. Make it lighter, by omitting the garlic butter for the chicken and the cream cheese. You can also use reduced fat cheddar to save on calories with the cheese! Serve with some sweet carrots, tenderstem broccoli or any other veggies on the side. For a heartier dinner, add some crispy roast potatoes.
