Subs: Other fish: Cod, haddock or pollock all work well. Cut into chunks and cook for 9-11 minutes (oven or air fryer) until just cooked through. Chicken: Diced chicken breast can be used instead. Season as directed and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked through, with no pink remaining. Spice level: Reduce the chipotle paste if you prefer it milder, or add extra for more heat.

Hi Michelle A, store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. Make sure it’s cooled fully before you store it and enjoy safely! x

Absolutely delicious!!!! I couldn’t get my hands on the chipotle paste, so I ended up using 1/2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce and 1tbsp of paprika. Loved digging into this after a long day at work!
