You could use breadcrumbs in replacement of the cornflakes. Alternatively, you can skip any coating on the chicken and just keep it with the seasoning to make it lighter, it's still tasty! I recommend using authentic Gochujang paste, usually found in the world food aisle or you can order on Amazon. It tastes so much better! I can't hack much spice, so increase if needed to make it spicier!
