Sticky Korean BBQ Chicken with Cheesy Rice

This recipe is absolutely banging. It’s got sticky, sweet and spicy Korean style chicken served over cheesy gochujang spiced rice for a bit of added comfort. It’s got loads of flavour but still easy enough for a weeknight dinner.

Notes

I use authentic Korean gochujang paste from a tub, which tends to be spicier and more intense than many supermarket versions. You can usually find this in the world food aisle, or grab it from Amazon. If you’re using a milder paste, you may want to add a little more to taste. If you’re sensitive to heat, start with slightly less and adjust after cooking.

Loved it! Lots of flavour, may do a little less cheese next time but rice was brilliant and so happy with how it came out!

Super tasty, the green veg accompanied it really well, think only 1 stock would be better for the rice next time
