Notes

If you don't have a toaster for work, you can pop them in prior to leaving and wrap in foil to keep warm. You can also air fry these wraps when reheating. Cook for 3-4 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, turning part way through. Alternatively, pan fry until warm throughout. I used Turkey rashers here but you can use pork bacon too. Just make sure to wrap tightly enough to slide into the toaster. PLEASE be careful when removing from a toaster. I know most people are aware to not put anything inside whilst it's turned on but I just want to be sure.

Sorry about the photo camera moved too quickly after taking it and by the time I realised I had finished it! Very tasty though although I couldn't get the egg white to flip over without breaking it up. Any advice?
