Chilli Cheese Tuna Melt

For my classic tuna melt lovers, turn up the heat with this banging chilli version instead. Tuna is tossed with diced jalapenos and chopped red chilli's then loaded with cheese on crunchy sourdough bread. To lighten it up, you can use sliced sandwich thins, pitta breads or light bagels for a lower calorie option.

Delicious, but didn't have any sourdough so had to use pittas, very annoying as I had to log everything manually on my fitness pal #firstworldproblem

Warm and comforting! We swapped the jalapeños for pickles and they worked well. Toasties are always a winner 🍞

This was banging! Easy to throw together with ingredients I usually have in, which is perfect for an end of week pre-food shop lunch without the fuss ☺️

Hi! I wonder if this could be reheated at work? We only have a microwave though... if not, is it good cold? Obviously the cheese won't be melted.. thank you!

Do you have a toaster at work? You could buy those toaster bags and put it in the toaster if you do.
