Creamy Chicken Nduja Alfredo

For the nights you want something creamy, spicy and super cosy this pasta recipe has got your back. If you haven't tried Nduja before, it is a spicy, spreadable type of sausage and it pairs beautifully with a creamy pasta. Some of the sauce is scooped on to the chicken and sprinkled with a little parmesan before baking for extra indulgence.

Do you need to use the Nduja as I can’t find it anywhere

You can skip the Nduja and instead mix in a small pinch of chili flakes or smoked paprika for a bit of spice. Diced chorizo can also work. It'll alter the taste but still be deliciously creamy!

I got mine from Tesco! You could sub for chorizo perhaps add some additional spice through chilli flakes & a pinch of paprika?
