If you can't get Boursin, you can swap to garlic and herb roule which you can find in most supermarkets. Alternatively you can use garlic herb cream cheese instead but it won't be as punchy. You may want to add a touch more garlic and herb seasoning.

My three year old helped me to make it. We used chicken heck sausages instead of chicken breast and it's worked a treat.

Loved it! Could easily have it as well without the chicken and add in peppers and make it more of a vegetarian option as the sauce is full of flavour
