Notes

The granola in this recipe is from the homemade chocolate granola on this app. You could even prep the pots ahead of the week and add the granola when ready to eat to keep it crunchy. Make it even higher in protein, by mixing in protein powder with the greek yoghurt. You may need to loosen slightly with water. Use any fruit you like to mix in. The raspberries naturally sweeten the pot, but if you do like things a bit sweeter, you could add some vanilla extract or granulated sweetener to the yoghurt before mixing, or even buy some ready made with honey in.
