You can make these ahead of time, however, I recommend you allow the filling to completely cool before wrapping and storing in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days at a time.

Hi, this is probably a silly question but if I’m making these ahead of time for lunches - what is the best way to reheat? X

Hey Anna, If reheating, I would add the lettuce fresh. For oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Wrap the snack wrap loosely in aluminum foil. This will help warm it evenly while preventing it from becoming soggy. Place it on a baking tray and reheat for about 10–15 minutes. For Airfryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the snack wrap directly in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4-6 mins. Make sure to check it so it doesn’t burn. On the stove: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrap straight into the pan dry. Cover with a lid and heat for about 2–3 minutes per side, flipping it halfway through. Microwave: Wrap the snack wrap in a damp paper towel to help retain moisture. Heat on medium power for 30–45 seconds. Check if it's warm enough and repeat in short intervals if needed.
