Have made these and they are great - how long to reheat from frozen (or should they be defrosted in the fridge overnight)? Thank you!

Hi Jen! 😊 Yes, you can reheat them straight from frozen, so there's no need to defrost them overnight. Just microwave for around 2-2½ minutes (depending on your microwave) until piping hot throughout. 💕

When I say I made these 🤔 I think I mean I used them base of the recipe 🙉 so I totall didn’t pay attention to the egg whites and just used 6 eggs - in my head it was an egg per muffin. I have accounted for my changes on the calorie front but with tomatoes, bacon and paprika / chives it’s still a taste sensation (just maybe not so easy on the eye) lol

They'll keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Perfect for meal prepping your breakfasts!
