I usually buy my chicken mince from Tesco. If you can't find it, you can use Turkey mince or alternatively, if you have a food processor you can add in chicken breasts. Chicken mince holds more moisture than beef mince and you need to be more careful how you handle it. Using damp hands and damp parchment paper will help to prevent the mince sticking to your hands and to the paper. If you don't want to make your own Caesar sauce, sub with shop bought.

WOW this was good! I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure if the homemade Caesar sauce would work but it was really tasty in the burger. 10/10 would have again!
