Notes

Mustard - I use dijon as its a stronger taste. If you only want a slight taste of mustard, replace with wholegrain mustard. Taste test and increase to 1 tsp for the chicken and sauce if needed. Sauce - you can use either all greek yoghurt or all mayonnaise!
