Notes

Harissa paste is a spicy North African chilli paste made from roasted red peppers, hot chili peppers, garlic, olive oil, and spices like cumin and coriander. It's used to add heat and flavour to dishes. The one I used is quite mild (from Tesco) so do taste test to ensure that a tbsp is not too spicy for you. Reduced fat crème fraiche can be subbed in this recipe try a tbsp and increase to 1 and 1/2. Alternatively, you can use light cream cheese. I would aim for around 60g. To up protein - you can add chicken, chorizo, to keep it vegetarian opt for chickpeas or lentils which work well with this.

I added a chicken breast too - I did it in the air fryer, then chopped it into the pasta sauce at the end. Omg this is so tasty! Definitely recommend.
