Notes

As always try to get authentic gochujang paste, usually found in the world food aisle. If not you can get some on Amazon. If using supermarket own brand, you may need to increase the paste slightly as I find it not as spicy as authentic pastes.

I buy a ready made 'crunchy coleslaw kit' from Tesco rather than buying cabbage, carrots etc separately, if you already have them in you can use your own.
