I wanted to make sure this still had gorgeous trimmings whilst making it lighter. You can omit the mash and swap for some boiled potatoes or a couple of frozen roasties if you prefer. Yorkshire puddings = 73 calories per portion, 4.3g protein, 2.4g fat, 8.45g carbs Honey soy veg = 128 calories per portion, 1.9g protein, 2.2g fat, 24.1g carbs
