Sorry Mel - you'll use the 1 tsp peri rub to season the chicken before cooking, and the 1 tsp peri sauce when making the garlic butter.

Skewers we're lovely full of flavour, I used a medium peri peri sauce and rub giving it a little more spice but worked out perfectly. Will definitely have again!
