Notes

You can sub the chicken breast for chicken thigh Use any of your favourite peri sauces! I tend to use garlic peri rub and the matching peri sauce. Lemon and herb is a delicious mild option that pairs well with the garlic butter sauce.

the chicken I had was too small for skewers so I made it in a pan and put it in wraps and omg it was banging! I could drink the peri garlic parm butter straight 🤤🤤

Sorry Mel - you'll use the 1 tsp peri rub to season the chicken before cooking, and the 1 tsp peri sauce when making the garlic butter.

Skewers we're lovely full of flavour, I used a medium peri peri sauce and rub giving it a little more spice but worked out perfectly. Will definitely have again!
