You can swap the ciabatta for a smaller baguette or soft sub roll if preferred. I bought the ciabatta loaf from Tesco and cut the amount needed. Not a rocket fan? Baby spinach or mixed leaves work well too. For extra indulgence, finish with more parmesan.

The garlic sauce on this was delish!!! I would double the sauce next time to Give me more to dip my chips in🤣 definitely recommend

This meal was sublime! Didn't have ciabatta, so used small baguettes instead. Open sandwich style as the bread was too small. I can't wait to make this again!
