Notes

You can swap the ciabatta for a smaller baguette or soft sub roll if preferred. I bought the ciabatta loaf from Tesco and cut the amount needed. Not a rocket fan? Baby spinach or mixed leaves work well too. For extra indulgence, finish with more parmesan.
