Also made the lamb shish kebab meat from your book (didn’t have kebab sticks unfortunately) but wow 🤩 not sure which one I prefer 😅

Really tasty. A drained the oil to quick instead of resting it long enough so meat was a bit dry but still tasty.

We absolutely loved this! And I will quote my husband “that has curbed my kebab craving, that is amazing!” Will 100% be making this again. Used wraps as forgot to but pittas 🤦♀️

Also I didn’t have the patience at the time to roll this out thin so did it like my previous dinner kebab takeaway I tried and rolled into a fat sausage shape in foil (best way I can describe sorry 🤣) and cooked in the oven before removing foil towards the end. And the sliced it. Absolutely delicious 🤤
