Notes

If you do have extra time for your chips, I like to rinse first until the water runs clear to remove excess starch. You can then par boil for 10 minutes with 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda and allow to steam dry before airfrying/ oven cooking. This creates fluffy centres and crispier edges.
