Ingredients: 250 g Chicken breast fillets; 1 pinch Salt; 1 pinch Pepper; 50 g Egg white; 30 g Cornflour; 1 Boil in the bag long grain rice; 1 small Red pepper; 1 small Green pepper; 1 small Onion; 1 tspn Chopped garlic; 1 tspn Chopped ginger; 60 g Pineapple chunks; 2 Spring onion; 1 tspn Sesame seeds; 100 ml Pineapple juice; 3 tbsp Reduced sugar ketchup; 1 tbsp Light soy sauce; 1 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce; 1 tbsp White vinegar; 1 tspn Sugar

Chunky chicken pieces are coated in a light, crispy batter, then tossed in a banging sweet and sour sauce with peppers, onion and pineapple. It’s a takeaway favourite made light and simple at home.
