Looks like it needs to few more mins simmering - if it doesn’t thicken up as much next time, try stirring through a 1 tbsp cornflour slurry. Give it another go and enjoy! 😊

Sorry to hear that, Oonagh. It might be that the filling needs to thicken a bit more before adding the chicken back. Try simmering it a little longer, stirring constantly, or mix in a 1 tbsp of cornflour slurry if it's not thick enough. I hope you'll give it another go!
