Cajun Chicken Boursin Pasta

Creamy cajun chicken pasta is one of our favourite weeknight dinners. It’s super speedy but always hits the spot. This version takes it to a whole new level with the use of Boursin cheese. It's already seasoned, so it layers in a gorgeous garlicky depth that feels like such a treat.

Notes

Tesco sell individual portions of Boursin if you have a small household where you may not use the entire block. If you cannot get Boursin, herbed soft cheese (like roulé or supermarket own brand garlic & herb cheese) is usually the closest match. If not, use garlic and herb cream cheese and add a touch of garlic powder and some mixed herbs.
