You can bulk this out more with lettuce. If taking on the go, I would take the lettuce in a sealed bag and add fresh. Romaine lettuce keeps it's crisp for longer than iceberg.

I didn’t have hot sauce so tweaked the recipe I’m afraid to make it a bang bang chicken pasta salad but followed the rest of it to the letter! So delicious with added halloumi too! Thank you (and sorry for not following it properly!)
