Creamy Bolognese Loaded Potatoes

Crispy cubed rosemary and garlic potatoes topped with a delicious beef bolognese, topped with a creamy white sauce and plenty of cheese; the ultimate cosy dinner. If you're short on time you can meal prep this and keep stored in the fridge for when you're ready to eat or even use leftover bolognese to speed up if you have any stashed in the freezer.

Notes

If you do not have an airfryer, start cooking the potatoes first. Bake for 35 minutes tossing throughout. To meal prep this ahead of time, store in a airtight container with the potatoes on one side and the beef, white sauce and cheese on the other. Microwave for a few minutes when ready to eat. The bolognese can be frozen for up to 3 months.
