Just Wow!!! Was a bit dubious about this one as have only just been brave enough to try chicken mince. When I tell you this is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Will be on a regular rotation. A few swaps were made. Forgot to buy soft cheese so used crème fraish and used pre made hot honey but was honestly incredible

Clearly need to work on my photo skills lol… Another cracking meal, however I’m not a fan of cooking with dry sheets next time I think I’ll just boil pasta and add it in, then pop it in the oven as a pasta bake x feel for me personally that’s qickwr than trying to separate the sheets that have stuck together 😩

Thank you for trying the recipe Laura! Pre-cooked pasta is a great tweak, and it definitely makes it quicker and easier. You can cut cooking time further by simmering the sauce till it’s a bit thicker so that it bakes perfectly in the oven. Hope you enjoy your next attempt! x
