One Pan Tuscan Salmon

This is one of those recipes that has your eyes rolling it's that good. All made in one pan too which is a winner for less dishes. I like to have it with a simple side such as fluffy rice or new potatoes.

Notes

If you can't get sundried tomatoes, use fresh cherry tomatoes. If you sub them, season the sauce with a tsp of smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp dried oregano to compensate the flavours lost.

Whenever I eat salmon, I don’t usually have a sauce so this made a great change and was super tasty!

This was amazing, 10/10. Love salmon with a creamy sauce combination. As a side I picked baby potatoes and it was lovely.

Delicious! Had to improvise a bit with this one as I don’t like sun-dried toms and didn’t have any spinach 🤣 replaced with pepper and green beans - super yum!

Really tasty and a nice change from our usual salmon dishes! Didn’t have sundried tomato’s or spinach so used the swaps for toms and added some leeks for a bit of green
