Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Place them skin-side down in a large pan and cook for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Delicious! Had to improvise a bit with this one as I don’t like sun-dried toms and didn’t have any spinach 🤣 replaced with pepper and green beans - super yum!

This meal was absolutely delicious. We added to our side with long stem broccoli, rocket salad and sweet pepper (no I didn't manage to fit it all in) 10/10 and my partner said it was better than a restaurant 🤣 thanks for making me a good chef 🤣
