Start by frying off the onion for a couple of minutes until soft. Next, add in the chopped garlic for 30 seconds before adding in the beef.
I usually make 100g potato into thin chips to serve with these tossed in a little bbq seasoning & smoked paprika. Wedges, rice and a nice crispy salad also go well.
