You can use chicken thinly sliced if you prefer over beef. Switch up the way its served! - go for rice or serve it over noodles. I wouldn't recommend meal prepping this recipe ahead of time, it's best served fresh. I usually use my cornflour in two halves to use less. Otherwise a lot can end up clumping to your fingers.

So so so yummy! Has a bit of a kick but in a warming way. The only faffy bit is dipping the steak in cornflour but the rest of the process is speedy. Will definitely make it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
