Notes

You can pack these noodles full of any veggies you like. I like to use grated carrot and beansprouts although you could throw in a pre cut pack from the supermarket.

You can make these ahead of time. The noodles will store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Simply microwave when you are ready to eat for a couple of minutes ensuring they are completely piping before eating. You can add a tbsp water if needed to loosen the sauce.
