Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Bites with Rice

Bang bang sauce is one of my all time favourites that goes so well with most dishes. If you haven’t had it before, its a creamy sauce made with mayonnaise, sweet chilli and a touch of sriracha. This recipe gives the chicken a quick toss in cornflour to allow the sauce to cling to the chicken. Perfect for a fakeaway but quick enough for a weeknight and you can easily bulk out with your fav veggies.
