Could I make the curry in a slow cooker?

Hi Toni! Absolutely, you can cook the curry sauce and chicken together in a slow cooker. I suggest after sautéing the onions, garlic, and spices, transfer everything including pre-seared chicken to the slow cooker and cook on low for 4–6 hours. You might not even need stock; the slow release of juices should be plenty. Just stir in the cream towards the end to avoid any splitting. Enjoy!

Swapped the rice for boiled rice (fussy partner) and also used 1/2 a deli kitchen flatbread as my naan. Added garlic, butter and parsley before putting in the airfryer. Delicious!
