Butter Chicken with Dirty Rice

This has got to be my all time favourite fakeaway and I guarantee you’re gonna love it. It’s a lighter take on butter chicken that’s got spiced marinated chicken pieces, a delicious creamy butter sauce served with golden dirty rice. The ingredients list does look intimidating but I promise it’s super easy to make and mostly made up of spices!

In a bowl, season the chicken with garam masala, paprika, curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped garlic along with the yoghurt. Stir to coat, and set aside to marinate while you start the rice.

This was delicious - I changed it up a bit and just had normal rice and put the peppers in the curry - I also made the garlic naan from the butter chickpea recipe
