A super easy no roux one pan creamy mac and cheese for those busy weeknights. Loaded up with peri spiced bites of chicken, crispy onions for texture and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for freshness.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Start by seasoning the chicken with peri seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Transfer to a large slightly deep frying pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside keeping warm.
