Chocolate Orange Baked Oat Slices

Nothing screams Christmas more than a Terry’s Chocolate Orange. What better way to get your fix than these on the go baked oat slices. These are cut into 4 big pieces suitable for breakfasts, but if you want them more as a snack you can cut them down even further. Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt for added protein and some fruit for a balanced breakfast!

Notes

You can swap 40g of the oats for 40g chocolate protein powder. Different protein powders do affect liquid ratios. I would start at 300ml and increase by 25ml each time until you reach a smooth pourable batter consistency.

Huge portions so cut into 8 pieces rather than four. Really tasty just like cake. I swapped some oats out for protein powder as mentioned in the recipe. Delicious!
