Make sure to microwave the potatoes until just tender and not collapsing. All microwaves, ovens and airfryers do vary so keep an eye on your potatoes to see if they're ready earlier or require more time. These are quite big potatoes, you can use slightly smaller ones (Around 200-250). You can also omit the chorizo if you want to save on some cals.
