Creamy Hot Honey Cajun Salmon Pasta

For the nights you fancy more of an indulgent pasta night at home… this one’s absolutely banging and totally worth it. Flaky cajun spiced salmon coated in sticky hot honey and tossed through a creamy, cheesy tomato sauce with onions and peppers. To lighten it up, swap salmon for chicken breast, use reduced-fat crème fraîche instead of cream, or skip the grated parmesan.

Swapped the pasta to wholewheat and added some chopped leeks to the onion and red pepper. Husband isn’t always a fan of salmon but loved this. Really tasty, will definitely make again and probably swap the salmon for chicken as well!
