Notes

I find Romaine lettuce keeps better than other forms when making ahead of time. I wouldn't keep these in the fridge for more than 2 days. However, you can prep the filling and keep this in the fridge for up to 4 days. If prepping the pitta breads, always ensure they have cooled prior to wrapping in foil.
