If you don't want to use Emmental cheese slices, you can use Mozzarella or for a lower calorie option, Leerdammer Light slices are just under half the calories To make the ranch dressing go further for the cals, I always mix with Greek yoghurt but you can just add more ranch if you prefer. I buy the crispy onions from a brand called Rochelle. They are usually near the sauces and salad toppers.
