This recipe is such a good way to use up any leftover tortillas or stale ones that you're about to throw! Feel free to sub for 4 mini wraps if they are what you've got stashed in the cupboard. I use Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce but feel free to use any you can get your hands on Swap the mexican cheddar for low fat grated cheddar to reduce the calories If you have any celery that's a good way to pack out this dish even further Have it on its own or with some mexican rice or have with a nice big salad
