Rice - I use the Tilda version just as a speedy option for dinner. You can use plain rice and add in some black beans or kidney beans, or coriander & lime flavoured rice's also pair well with this recipe. Mango - if you're not a fan of mango, you can use pineapple or remove completely. It does add a nice burst of freshness.
