I like traditional types of Gochujang paste and you can usually find them in the World Food aisle in supermarkets. If not you can find this paste on Amazon which lasts ages! Although sesame oil does add to the flavour you don't have to use it. You can use a neutral cooking oil instead or whatever you have to hand. The sauce uses both mayo and Greek yoghurt to achieve a creamy sauce, but you can use all mayo or all Greek yoghurt if you want to save. These are pretty filling so I would pair them with a salad If you fancy a change, you can have these with kimchi inside rather than red onion and pepper. You can freeze the steak for 15 minutes prior to slicing to make it a little easier.
