Crispy Hot Honey Salmon Bites with Sushi Rice

If you ever tried my bang bang salmon bites, this is the sister version. Salmon is cubed and tossed in a hot honey mayo sauce before being breadcrumbed. It keeps the salmon tender and gives extra flavour. It goes so well with sushi rice and some greens on the side.
