Notes

For the dough, you need thick authentic greek yoghurt, if you use 'greek style' they tend to be runnier and the dough is harder to work with. Once the dough starts to look cooked, this is the time to build your sandwich, if you over cook it before folding it will break. If you are cooking one bread after the other, depending on your cooker you may need to turn the heat down slightly to prevent the second bread from burning.
