Notes

You can pack in seeds such as sunflower or pumpkin and even chia. Cranberries and raisins are also delicious folded in. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze individually (wrapped or in sandwich bags) for up to 2 months. They thaw in about 20 min.
